This grand opening isn't just about delicious food; it's also a celebration! Cousins Maine Lobster is marking their 12th anniversary since their very first food truck hit the streets of Los Angeles. Co-founder Jim Tselikis will be on hand from noon to 4 pm, personally celebrating this milestone with guests.
The Rhode Island expansion is spearheaded by the Nelson family, a group of dedicated franchise owners. Todd Nelson, along with his daughter Tara and son TJ, are bringing the Cousins Maine Lobster experience to not only Rhode Island but also Windham and New London Counties in Eastern Connecticut.
This family affair adds a heartwarming touch to the story. Back in 2012, Jim Tselikis, along with his cousin Sabin Lomac, took a leap of faith on the hit TV show Shark Tank.
