The enticing menu includes parsnip velouté, carnaroli risotto, roasted duck breast, and truffle gelato. Notably, the carnaroli risotto and truffle gelato stood out as favorites during a preview event on Dec. 6.

Chef Adam Pugh meticulously prepares the risotto, infusing it with both black and white truffle oil and using a stock derived from the roasted duck. The aroma of truffle permeates the senses, with the al dente risotto providing a truly tantalizing dish.

The gelato, a bourbon and honey black truffle ice cream, is served with a honeycomb, butter cookie crumble, and shaved black truffles. Despite its rich ingredients, the dessert leaves patrons with a light and delectable flavor.

Between the Trees is situated at 44 E. Camperdown Way, offering dinner service seven days a week: from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Bohemian Bull, located on Pelham Road, celebrated its first anniversary on Dec. 12 with a festive birthday bash. The event featured Charleston’s Lowtide Brewing taking over the taps, accompanied by live music, raffles, and a silent auction.

The tavern welcomes guests from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays, and from 11 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

On Dec. 8, O-ku on Greenville’s Broad Street unveiled Sparkling + Sashimi, a pairing of Japanese delicacies with Fuchuko “Seaside” sparkling sake for a refreshing combination.

O-ku, situated at 30 W. Broad St., is open all week: from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays.

The park will feature six food trucks and 21 taps offering a selection of beers, seltzer, and wine. To add to the festivities, the Anderson-based band Mojo on Max will perform live from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
