Seven participating food trucks will battle for the coveted Wing-Off trophy and bragging rights, offering their unique and mouthwatering wing creations to the public. But it's not just about the competition! The event promises a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with live music from the Brainerd High School Band and a diverse selection of food trucks catering to all tastes.
Beyond Lunch: KIC Nights Take Over!
One of the most exciting announcements is the launch of "KIC Nights," a brand new evening edition of Food Truck Fridays kicking off on March 16th. Every third Friday of the month, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, people can enjoy a vibrant mix of food trucks, market vendors, live music, games, and family-friendly activities. Each KIC Night will have a unique theme, providing a fresh experience every month.
More Food Truck Fun:
The traditional Food Truck Fridays continue on the first Friday of each month, from March 1st to November 1st, with lunchtime hours (11:00 AM - 3:00 PM). This ensures there's a delicious option for everyone, whether you crave lunch or dinner.

KIC Nights serve as a platform for local startups, many of them graduates of LAUNCH's entrepreneurship program, to showcase their products. This event also acts as a precursor to the highly anticipated Second Annual Food Truck Festival happening on September 28th.
